The best way to fill a punching bag is with scraps of material (e.g. cut up clothes). You can get fabric scraps for free at most tailors . Alternatively, you can use sawdust for filling (make sure there are no sharp pieces of wood). Note: When using sand, its share in the filling should not exceed 20%, and in the case of rubber granulate, not more than 50% , as the capacity of this model is too large for this type of filling and the bag may be too heavy and too hard. The weight of the bag when filled should not exceed 70 kg.
