We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Have the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging may not qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Undergarments or hygiene-related items
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers

3. Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at info@lupinwear.shop with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Return shipping costs are covered by LupinWear.

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon delivery.
We will send a replacement or issue a refund depending on product availability.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care to ensure safe delivery.
However, if your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and notify us immediately.
If damage or loss occurs after delivery is accepted, LupinWear cannot be held responsible.
