This grip allows you to develop muscles at different attachment points during each exercise. The handles are angled at their widest points, which helps pull the elbows closer to the body when performing pulldowns on the high pulley, thus maintaining better exercise technique. During training, the handle allows for the engagement of alternative muscle attachments compared to exercises with a straight grip. This is facilitated by the outer handles, which are positioned for a neutral grip. Additionally, they are rubber-coated, ensuring a secure and comfortable grip, without the fear of slipping.
